This course will teach you to identify over and under active muscles groups, excessive lengthened or shortened muscle groups as well as introduces techniques to assist you in tackling these issues within your training program design and personal training sessions

Prior Learning Required

Attendees must hold a recognized Personal Trainer qualification

There is no exam but competency will be assessed by the presenter during the workshop
