This workshop will analyze the 4 pillars of human movement and use them to understand how we develop functional strength specific to an activity we want to improve.
The workshop includes practical sessions that will analyze all different types of exercise and make adjustments for specific strength needs.
Body weight; Band and pulley; Dumbell/kettelebell; Medicine ball; Stability ball; and traditional Strength exercises will be practically discussed.
Furthermore, Health and Sport-specific programs will also be presented.
