Grade 12 certificate or equivalent (NQF4) required to start this course.
This is a practically based module. The course format is comprised of live practical movement (aerobic dance) based lectures. Included in Sports Massage is the theoretical background of Principles of Training, Anatomy and Kinesiology, Physiology and Sports Injuries. The theoretical grounding is assessed through a Portfolio of evidence and online exam
After successfully completing this practical module, the learner will be eligible to teach high/low aerobic group fitness classes.
